1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flintr platform, including our website, APIs, WebSocket feeds, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Your use of Flintr's real-time signal platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional legal notices published by us. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. API and WebSocket Usage

Our Services provide access to real-time and historical trading signals sourced from public blockchain activity (e.g. token creations on Pump.fun) through APIs and WebSocket connections. Your use of these Services is subject to rate limits and other technical restrictions that we may impose at our discretion.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• We provide signal data "as-is", with no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or performance.
• The data is for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial advice.
• You use the data at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service. If you are accessing Flintr on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and access credentials. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using Flintr, you agree that you will:

• Be solely responsible for your use of the service.
• Use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify Flintr of any unauthorized access or breach.

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Redistribute Signal Data: Resell, redistribute, or publicly share access to the signals, data, or any other information obtained through our Services without our express written permission.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, loan, transfer, or distribute the signal data for the benefit of any third party.
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or to transmit any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the underlying code or structure of the Service.
• Create derivative works based on Flintr’s content or data, use the servioce to build or contribute to competing products.
• Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Access or attempt to access any accounts, systems, or data for which you do not have authorization.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Services.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate any user account or endpoint access immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your use of the Services poses a security risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Flintr does not guarantee the accuracy, reliabilityn timeliness, or completeness of any data or information provided through the Services. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or that errors or defects will be corrected. Use of Flintr is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flintr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage. You agree that our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of $20 or the amount you paid to Flintr in the last 3 months. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

8. No Financial Responsibility

Flintr is a data service and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not responsible for any trading decisions or actions taken based on the signals or payloads delivered. You accept full responsibility for any financial gains or losses incurred while using the Service.

In no event shall Flintr, its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitations damages for loss of profites, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

9. Subscription terms

We may offer weekly or monthly subscription plans which may include a fixed number of signals. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to any terms disclosed at or prior to the point of purchase.

a. Subscription Continuity
Your subscription continues on a weekly or monthly rolling basis, as purchased, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

b. One Account Per Entity
Each individual or entity may only create and maintain a single Flintr account. Multiple accounts by the same individual or entity are prohibited.

10. Refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, refunds are only granted if the service materially fails to match its described functionality. In such cases, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and services offered by Flintr are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access flintr.io. This license does not include any rights to reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes. Your license will be automatically terminated upon any unauthorized use.

12. Submissions and Feedback

You may choose to, or we may invite you to, submit comments or ideas about improvements to Flintr or our services ("Ideas"). If you submit an Idea to us, you acknowledge that the submission is voluntary and unsolicited, and that Flintr is free to use, disclose, or implement the Idea without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

13. Modification to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flintr is operated. Any disputes will be resolved under local applicable law.
